Response Times

We aim to respond to billing and access questions within 2 business days. Privacy and legal requests may take longer where identity verification, provider records, or legal review are required.

Billing Help

Early paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe Checkout while Lemon Squeezy review is pending. Lemon Squeezy may later be added as a merchant-of-record checkout option if approved. For billing help, include the checkout email, order or invoice reference, subscription plan, and a short description of the issue.
